Cardholders will be able to opt-in, or pass if they so choose, on each deal presented on VCX’s dashboard. Cardholders will invest directly through VCX’s partner brokers in order to adhere to securities regulations for equities deals and directly through our Web3 VC partner for ICOs and IDO’s where no ‘KYC’ process is required.
